I saw this in a restaurant and had to take a picture. It looks like they cut the bottoms off all the wine bottles and attached a small light bulb through the neck. I love the use of different colored wine bottles. Wouldn't this look amazing at a winery wedding? I wonder how feasible this would be as a DIY project...
