Awesome News to Report + Bonus Pic of Me in a Leotard

I promised you a bonus pic. Well here it is. Yep. Spandex pants worn under a butt floss leopard leotard with white pleather boots. Wore that to a bar. On my birthday. I clearly have no shame. So there was your bonus. And no, there was no rhyme or reason as to why I posted this picture. NOW! On to the awesome news...

Wedding planning is about to hit FULL SPEED after I get off work tonight. Ya wanna know why, my little babies? Well. Mama's TV show "Psych" is a WRAP on season 4 in T-minus ONE hour. Vacation! Yes! It always feels so satisfying at the end of the season knowing that we broke, wrote, shot, and edited 16 whole hour-long episodes in 10 months. It's crazy just thinking about how much work goes into a TV show. So, you know what this means... it means I will have NOTHING to do for the next two months other than plan this wedding. Which can be a good thing, but also a very evil thing because I won't have my job to distract me. I just need to be careful not to let the planning consume me. So if you see me posting on this blog more than 5 times a day, you need to tell me I have a problem. Not even kidding.

Ok, that news was great, but I have even greater news... I got promoted on the show!! YAY! It'll be more responsibility, more opportunity for creative input, and just more awesome all around. I seriously couldn't be more excited for this change - and even more excited that Psych will be around next year!

So here I go. Friday night. The feel is definitely right. No more work. Off to hardcore relax. Wedding off the brain. Just for tonight.
