Oh god...can we just talk about the hot ass mess I turn into during the father-daughter dance? Because I? Lose my shit. Not just a tear or two, oh no, I down my drink while trying to choke back my sobs. And yes, I have daddy issues, how could you tell?
I too am a crier. It is not limited to Weddings but has also occurred in the opening scenes of Up! and Star Trek. I have also been known to cry at Publix commercials- but there's a whole facebook group dedicated to that.
I choke up. One or two tears. Haven't fully cried at a wedding yet. But I expect I will do a lot of crying once my close friends start getting married.
i don't cry, but that's probably because i've never been to a wedding where i particularly bonded with the couple (i.e., co-workers, family...) i'm also the first out of my friends to get married. i'm expecting a lot of bawling (from me, from everyone)
I'm not really a crier. I cried at my MOH's wedding cuz she's the best and because his Mom had passed away a few months earlier. Since we've been engaged though, I'm a f'ing SAP! I cry at commercials, cheezy shows, even a story on Good Morning America got me going - WTF?!
oh yeah. cry my eyes out. I used to volunteer cater at weddings and would cry during the ceremony even though I didn't even know the couple! ridic. my ladies will be carrying hankies for me, because I will be a wet mess the minute I start walking down the aisle with my dad (and so will my mom and fiance's mom - we're a sappy emotional bunch).
@AZ in august - totally cry during commercials and movies too. lots of happy tears. fiance just rolls his eyes. but he loves me.
Oh yes, I cry all the damn time. And then my eyes get all swollen, so it pretty much sucks. But I'm a sucker for the sentimental and weddings are the worst (best?). I'm SO scared to bawl through my own wedding. Wouldn't be fun or pretty. Anyone know of an anti-cry pill you can take that will dry up your tear ducts for 24 hours? If not, will someone invent one before October 10th? Thanks.
Well dur, that's the freakin' point! Crying is good.
ReplyDeleteYea, I once lost it as a bridesmaid... during the ceremony. Got a few rude stares, but what the heck was I supposed to do? I was moved.

ReplyDeleteYeaaa, I always cry. Even when I barely know the couple, which makes things awkward sometimes, but I can't help it!

ReplyDeleteI've cried at every wedding I've attended as an adult. You're not alone!
ReplyDeleteOh, yes! I cry at the drop of a hat. I've also been known to bawl my eyes out at movies.
ReplyDeletethat's an awesome photo! i've never cried at a wedding before, so if i'm a bawling mess coming down the aisle, i'm going to be pissed.
