Extra, Sextra! Read all about it: Bowie Bride's in Print!
Recently, I got interviewed by a reporter named Tim Schulte for an article he was writing for a local Greensboro, NC newspaper in the Bride's Guide section. I recently got a copy of the article and couldn't be more thrilled to be a part of it. It's so surreal to see our wedding and this blog being written about in print. But I think it's something I can get used to... ;) Check it out:

Aghh! Congrats, Britt! Lady I love that your little slice of the internet is getting so much publicity. And it's important that people see that they can combat the mainstream wedding industry in terms of how much is spent and what becomes a part of the celebration. I will always admire your balls.
ReplyDeleteHi! I just read that article and looked up your blog and can I just say... it is awesome! I felt so overwhelmed when I started planning my wedding because everything that people told me I was "supposed to do" I didn't really like. When I shared my ideas someone told me that I must not really care what my wedding looked like! I came across your blog at the right time so thank you! I am shaking that comment off and doing it my own unique way :)
